CAPABILITIES OF MACHINERY :
TCH-BDC/CTW is a compound machine for the production of cords, rope, and twisted yarns with covering or without covering made up of 2 or 3 heads with electric programming； the rope can be for a wide range of decorative products, special fabric, furnishing item, and the twisting cord can be for raw material of fringes, trimming...etc.
The core can be fed from any type of yarn, including regenerated yarn. For covering, it can be used synthetic, lurex, rayon, or cotton yarn.
The range of rope can be 5~15 mm.
Maxima of twisting cords can be 6 mm.
The rotating creel can put maxima 24 cones； the maxima diameter of each cone can be 190 mm.
The maximum quantity of covering yarn can be 8 cones with a maximum diameter of 90 mm.
All programming is carried out by setting the values using with electronic function.
